1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Parent”, “User”, or “Customer”) and Childveda Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, or “us”), founded by Dr. Arvind Mehare (MD, PhD in Ayurvedic Medicine).

By accessing childveda.com, ordering products, or contacting our clinical support team, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Return Policy.

2. Pediatric & Clinical Healthcare Disclaimer

⚠️ Health Disclaimer: All Childveda syrups, tonics, and drops are formulated following classical Ayurvedic principles and modern developmental wellness science. They are dietary and nutritional wellness products and are not prescription pharmaceutical substitutes for acute medical emergencies or chronic congenital disorders.

Physician Consultation: If your child is under prescription care, has severe allergies, or experiences persistent symptoms, consult a registered pediatrician or Ayurvedic doctor before starting any regimen.
Dosage Instructions: Always adhere strictly to the recommended age-specific dosage guidelines indicated on product labels. Never exceed the recommended daily intake without professional medical supervision.

3. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

Age of Majority: You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products or register an account. Minors may use our website only under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, complete, and accurate delivery addresses and contact information when placing orders.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Products, Pricing & Taxes

Ayurvedic Standards: Formulations are prepared in certified GMP and ISO-compliant facilities adhering strictly to the Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia of India (API).
INR Pricing & GST: All prices displayed on childveda.com are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and include all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Pricing Corrections: While we endeavor to ensure accurate listings, Childveda reserves the right to correct accidental pricing errors and refund any affected orders.
Packaging Variations: Periodic label redesigns or bottle improvements may result in minor visual variations from website imagery while preserving identical active bio-potency.

5. Orders, Payment & Invoicing

Payment Options: Payments are processed through trusted PCI-DSS certified Indian gateways (Razorpay, PhonePe) supporting UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible pin codes up to ₹2,500. Verification calls or SMS prompts may precede dispatch.
Tax Invoice: A digital GST tax invoice is issued for every transaction and enclosed inside the physical shipment.

6. Order Cancellations & Changes

Prior to Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled with a 100% full refund before handover to couriers by contacting +91 98765 43210 or emailing childveda@gmail.com.
In-Transit Orders: Once a parcel has been dispatched with a live tracking AWB, cancellations cannot be made in transit. Standard return rules apply upon delivery.

7. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

The trademark CHILDVEDA™, proprietary formulation names, medical articles, website graphics, and photography are the exclusive intellectual property of Childveda Pvt. Ltd. and Dr. Arvind Mehare.

Reproduction, commercial distribution, or unauthorized copying of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Copyright Act, 1957.

8. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Uses

Users agree not to:

Use automated bots or scrapers to extract website content, customer data, or pricing.
Transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive scripts to childveda.com.
Resell Childveda formulations commercially on unapproved third-party marketplaces without an authorized distributor license.

9. Limitation of Liability

Childveda formulations are prepared with high-grade botanical extracts tested for heavy metals and purity. However, individual physiological responses to herbal wellness vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Childveda Pvt. Ltd. and its directors shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. In all events, aggregate liability is strictly capped at the purchase price paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith mutual discussion within 30 days. Unresolved disputes shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
