1. Shipping Timelines & Coverage
Childveda Pvt. Ltd. ships to over 27,000 postal pin codes across India via premium courier partners (including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post).

2. Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Prepaid Orders of ₹499 & Above: FREE SHIPPING across all serviceable pin codes in India.
- Orders Below ₹499: A nominal flat shipping charge of ₹49 is added at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible pin codes up to ₹2,500 with a standard convenience fee of ₹40. Prepaid UPI/Card payments are recommended for contactless and priority dispatch.
3. Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your package is packed and handed over to our courier partner:
- You will receive an automated SMS, Email, and WhatsApp notification with the courier partner name and live Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number.
- You can click directly on the tracking link in your message to monitor real-time shipping milestones and estimated delivery time.

🌿 Child Safety Packaging: Because our formulations are for children, each bottle features an inner tamper-evident foil safety seal beneath the cap, packaged inside heavy-duty cartons sealed with official security tape.
5. Consumable Healthcare Return Policy
To maintain absolute hygiene and safety for all children, Ayurvedic consumable products (syrups, drops, herbal tonics) cannot be returned once the protective seal is opened, in adherence with pharmaceutical and child wellness standards.
6. 48-Hour Replacement & Refund Scenarios
Childveda provides an immediate free replacement or 100% refund in any of the following cases:
- Transit Damage: Bottle broken, cracked, or leaking inner seal upon opening.
- Wrong Product: The delivered bottle or syrup variant does not match your order confirmation.
- Missing Item: An item listed on your invoice is absent from the delivered parcel.
- Quality Anomaly: Receipt of a batch with less than 3 months of remaining shelf life.
7. How to Claim a Replacement (4 Easy Steps)
Please initiate your claim within 48 hours of delivery:
- Take Photos / Video: Take 1–2 clear photos showing the damaged bottle and the shipping label on the outer carton.
- Share on WhatsApp or Email: Send your Order ID and photos to WhatsApp +91 98765 43210 or email childveda@gmail.com.
- Verification: Our logistics and quality desk will review your claim and confirm eligibility within 24 business hours.
- Express Dispatch: A fresh replacement bottle is dispatched via express courier at zero extra charge with fresh tracking details.
8. Refund Methods & Timelines
When a replacement is unavailable or a refund is authorized:
- Prepaid Payments (UPI, Cards, Netbanking): Refund is initiated within 24 hours of approval and reflects in your original payment account within 5 to 7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund is transferred directly via UPI or Bank NEFT within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your account details.
9. Order Cancellations
- Prior to Dispatch: Cancel without penalty before shipment dispatch by contacting +91 98765 43210 or emailing us. A 100% full refund is issued immediately.
- After Dispatch: In-transit shipments cannot be cancelled. If delivery is refused without valid transit damage, return courier freight may be deducted from the refund.
